Natural dyes are derived from plants, invertebrates, or minerals. With our pursuit for more sustainable practices within our supply chain we have shifted to more
eco-conscious garment dyeing tools; mainly encouraging the switch from synthetic dye to natural dye.Our mineral and natural dyes are all Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), OEKO-TEX Standard 100, ZDHC certified.

The future of apparel is circular, and we are committed to continuously explore new design strategies, sustainable fabric alternatives, and technologies to close the loop on material cycles.Most importantly, about 80% of a product’s environmental footprint is determined in the design phase, which is why it is crucial for us to look at ways to positively influence a product’s life cycle and after-life-phase through innovative design solutions.
In response to this issue, we have created a collection of mono-material products. Here, we developed high-performance outerwear jackets and bags made entirely from on material: Nylon 6 (N6).
Our durable material is created in a circular system that is free of virgin petroleum-based plastics by using Nylon 6 derived from discarded post-industrial waste i.e. fishing nets through chemical recycling.
By using our state-of-the-art sustainable eco-laundry for dyeing and washing garments, we have put together a complete supply chain of virgin and regenerated N6 materials including the interlining zippers, and trims. By having the accessory items made completely from one material it ensures our product can be easily recycled multiple times.

KAPOK FIBRE
KAPOK FIBRE
Kapok is a natural, cellulosic fiber. The fibre grows on trees not requiring any additional water other than rain, along with no pesticides or fertilizers. Its origins come from the seed hairs of the Kapok tree Celiba Pentandira.Thanks to its hollow structure, kapok is naturally made for performance. When spun into yarns, its fibres help fabrics to channel excessive moisture out and regulate body temperature effectively, improving comfort in every weather condition.
Kapok is a great sustainable alternative to down for padding purposes.
Within our product developments, we have created a monomaterial piece made from kapok for its fabric, lining and padding.

Our product cloning service offers the direct cloning of a product, but with a entirely sustainable approach.We take a product of yours and offer you a completely sustainable alternative in return. This way, we demonstrate quantifiable and measurable results on how to improve your current products in line with your targets on sustainability.
This approach proves that the same product could be made the same, however with an entirely sustainable twist from head to toe, from its shell fabric, to its lining – padding – trims - dye and more.

UPCYCLING SERVICES
UPCYCLING SERVICES
Our newly established upcycling service provides our clients with the resources to upcycle garments coming into production before they are brought into pattern cutting. It is a revolutionary design strategy, one of the first, that provides a unique and scalable approach to reducing waste.The program offers a very advanced approach to create upcycled accessories for larger production quantities. Commonly, cutting waste is collected after the cutting process, then segregated and redesigned into small batch collections for upcycled products.
In our case, we have created a new process, by inserting the pattern of the accessories into the mini-marker. This zero-waste approach allows waste material to get recaptured without incorporating an extra step for reverse logistics.
We run this process simultaneously with product design. First, we calculate waste material from our pattern pieces then we estimate how much we can optimize to place additional accessory items. This way we:
- Optimize our material for higher volumes of more cost-effective products
- Reduce our client’s cutting waste
- Provide waste optimization data to measure potential upcyclability of the product
Planning circularity from the start, allows us to better forecast volumes, making it a more scalable and streamlined process for ourselves and our customers.

DESIGN FOR DISASSEMBLY
Design for disassembly utilizes strategic material & construction choices, in order to enable efficient disassembly for reuse and re-model into a new product.When starting this type of design process, the end-of-life of a particular product, component or material is already being taken into consideration. What part will be the first to break due to ageing and usage? And how can we make it possible to replace this part? What will happen to the old used part? Can it biodegrade or be incinerated? Is there a possibility to repair or recycle this piece?
We offer you the service to add a disassembly option to you collections, choosing a more circular approach on design for its end-of-life cycle.
